At Knix Canada, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to view your eligible items and select your preferred resolution.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
